Executive Director

Kylon Alford-Winfield is the Executive Director of The Stillman Foundation. He brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a strong background in philanthropy and community development. Prior to joining The Stillman Foundation, John served as the Director of Development at a prominent regional nonprofit organization, where he successfully led fundraising campaigns and built strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. He is deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities it serves.
